Parent-Teacher-Student
Fellowship - The vision of the SGCA Parent Teacher Student Fellowship
is:
- To have a forum available
for Parents, Teachers, and Students to address concerns in a neutral
environment
- To utilize the support
of Parents, Teachers, and Students to raise money through fundraisers
- To establish areas
of financial need/support within the SGCA campus and distribute monies
accordingly
- To encourage volunteering
from Parents, Teachers, and Students to accomplish whatever goals
are before the organization
- To encourage and consider
creative ideas from Parents, Teachers, and Students
- To publish a Parents,
Teachers, and Students newsletter to inform everyone of SGCA PTSF
activities, agenda items, and accomplishments
- To relieve the SGCA
Board Members and Administrators from the above tasks so they can
focus on greater obligations in managing the Academy
Committees - We need your

to sign-up for the following PTSF Committees:
- Fundraising
- Room Persons
- Cafeteria (changes,
upgrading, support)
- Research (when we have
Projects in mind and need to research via Internet, calls, or networking)
- Sports Events (the
coaches always need help with various activities)
- Grounds Improvement
(external projects)
- Maintenance (within
the buildings)
- Communication (newsletter,
handouts, phone calls, mailings, notify Committees of needs, Business
Directory)
- Marketing
- Fellowship (fun events)
- Community Service (log
sheets, tracking, support team, volunteer project listings)
